Welcome to PerkurStay, a marketplace that connects property owners and managers with guests who wish to enhance their stay by purchasing additional services and products (“Extras”), such as welcome packs, equipment rentals, cleaning services, or experiences.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using PerkurStay.

1. About PerkurStay

PerkurStay operates as an online platform allowing registered vendors (property owners or agents) to offer additional products or services related to short-term stays.
PerkurStay itself does not own, manage, or sell any property or product directly unless stated otherwise.

All Extras are provided by independent vendors, who are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the quality of their services, and fulfillment of orders.

2. Use of the Platform
• You must be at least 18 years old to use PerkurStay or make a purchase.
• You agree to provide accurate information when registering or placing an order.
• Any attempt to misuse the platform, post misleading information, or interfere with transactions may result in suspension or account termination.

3. Role of Vendors

Vendors are responsible for:
• Providing accurate descriptions, prices, and images of their Extras.
• Ensuring timely delivery or availability of purchased items or services.
• Managing communication and resolving customer issues in a professional manner.
• Complying with local laws regarding taxes, consumer protection, and safety regulations.

PerkurStay acts only as an intermediary, providing the technology and payment system to connect vendors and customers.

4. Orders and Payments
• Orders are placed directly through the PerkurStay website using the secure checkout system.
• Payment is processed on behalf of the vendor. Funds are held until the vendor confirms the order is complete or fulfilled.
• You will receive confirmation by email once your order has been successfully placed.

If a product or service cannot be fulfilled, vendors must notify both the customer and PerkurStay within 48 hours to arrange a refund or alternative solution.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

For Customers
• Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase if the service or item has not yet been used, delivered, or consumed.
• Once the Extra has been marked as completed (e.g., delivered, used, or scheduled during your stay), no refunds can be issued unless required by consumer law.
• Refund requests must be made through your account under “Orders” → “Request Refund.”

For Vendors
• Vendors must approve or deny refund requests within 7 days of receiving them.
• If the vendor fails to respond within this period, PerkurStay may process the refund on behalf of the customer.

Platform Policy

PerkurStay reserves the right to hold payments or issue refunds directly if fraud, service failure, or violation of these terms is detected.

6. Pricing and Taxes

All prices shown on PerkurStay include applicable VAT or local taxes unless stated otherwise.
Vendors are responsible for correctly accounting for and remitting their own taxes.

7. Liability Disclaimer

PerkurStay provides the platform “as is” and does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of listings.
We are not liable for any damages, losses, or dissatisfaction resulting from products or services provided by third-party vendors.
Any disputes between customers and vendors should be resolved directly. However, PerkurStay may intervene in cases involving fraud or repeated complaints.

8. Delivery and Completion
• Vendors must update order statuses promptly (e.g., processing, completed, cancelled).
• Customers will receive notifications once their order has been confirmed, dispatched, or marked complete.
• Completion indicates that the extra service or product has been successfully delivered or made available during the stay.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on PerkurStay — including text, graphics, logos, and layout — is owned by or licensed to PerkurStay.
Vendors retain ownership of their images and descriptions but grant PerkurStay permission to display them for promotional purposes.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

PerkurStay complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Customer information is used solely for processing orders, improving services, and preventing fraud.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without consent.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

PerkurStay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
• Repeated negative feedback
• Policy violations
• Fraudulent behavior
• Abusive communication or misuse of the platform

12. Modifications to Terms

PerkurStay may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
